I just wanted to say "Thank you!" This past February my mom was going through a great ordeal and finally had to have her colon removed. She was very weak when she went into surgery after being ill for over 6 months; we were all very worried. I was on my way to the hospital the morning of her surgery, and I heard "I Refuse To Be Afraid" on the local station, KNLE, and I could hear the Lord speaking to me through your song! What a powerful message! Thank you! By the way, my mom has almost fully recovered, and I'm extremely grateful to have her with us this Thanksgiving! Love in Christ, Stacey

About two weeks ago as my family and I were going home from Lubbock, Tx we were listening to KAMY when your song came on. The Lord just recently did a lot of healing and restoring in my life (abusive childhood, abusive 1st husband who shook my son enough to cause his death, the loss of two more children from my current marriage) and I am FREE from the fear that held me captive most of my life. Hallelujah!! Denise, you were singing my life! I soon as I could get to my hometown christian bookstore I purchased your CD. It is wonderful and it has touched my life in more ways than I can say.
